Refund Policy

Try before you pay

Every account starts on a 30-day free trial, so you can test GradeUp fully before paying anything.

Full refunds

If you transferred the wrong amount, paid twice, or paid but never got access, tell us within 14 days and we will refund you in full to the account you paid from.

Partial refunds

For monthly plans, if you ask within 7 days of payment and have used less than 20% of your questions, we refund the remaining value. After 7 days, monthly payments are not refundable but you keep access for the period paid.

Exam Season Bundle

The 4-month bundle is refundable within 7 days of payment, less any month already used.

How to ask

Use “Report a problem” on your dashboard with your reference code. We reply within 3 working days and refunds land within 7 working days.
